Transport Services

Our specialist “Patient Transport Service” will help transport patients into, around, and out of health care facilities. We have acquired state of the art vehicles for this purpose and have in our employment qualified personnel who will do the following and more: transports patients by assisting them in and out of vehicles, lifting patients on and off seats, moving them to and from special service and treatment areas, including use of wheelchairs or moveable beds, comforts patients and their families by offering support and encouragement, being attentive to procedure schedules; demonstrating caring and cultural sensitivity, managing paperwork, including picking-up requisitioned orders, delivering them to assigned treatment and patient care areas, maintaining safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

Our dedicated personnel will also have the following skills and qualifications: DBS checked and in date, customer service, customer focus, physical fitness, verbal communication, listening skills, documentation skills, decision making, patient services, health care administration, health promotion and maintenance, mental health training, such as mental health awareness, mental capacity act, mental health act, ligature training, mental health first aid and managing violence and aggression
